Q: Does the product purchased from mostdental.com have warranty?
A: All products purchased from mostdental.com have warranty. When you encounter problems, please send an email to mostdental.com with your order number.
Q: How did I know whether the product is in stock or out of stock? How fast can you ship the items?
A: In every product page, you will see clearly the status of the stock for the product. If you are still worry about it, please contact our online service to check out if the item can be shipped immediately. Usually, it takes 48 hours to prepare the package. If the product status does not change in 48hours, please contact our customer service directly, we will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Q: If I place an order today, when am I going to receive my order?
A: Different item have different shipping methods. The standard airmail usually takes 7-18 working days, and the express takes 5-7 days. If you want change your shipping methods, please send an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org or leave us a message in the order comment. Our customer service will handle it for you.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: Generally speaking, the shipping cost will change according to the customer's location and the product weight. It is automatically calculated by our system and will be shown under the shipping methods. Of course, we also have the products with free shipping, and that will be marked with FREE SHIPPING on the relative products pages.
Q: How can I pay for my order? If I do not have PayPal, can I still purchase? Does your website support Cash on Delivery?
A: We accept payment via PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram and bank transfer. If you don’t have an account of PayPal, you can choose three others payment methods.

A: Our website is open in 24 hours. The working time of our customer service is from 9 am to 6 pm in Beijing time. You can email us 7/24 and you can call us during our work time.
Q: What can I do after I place the order?
A: After you place an order and finish the payment successfully, you can go to your account to check your order status. Your order will be treated within 48hours, and the system will update your shipping information at all times when your order is shipped out.
