The express shipping method includes DHL, EMS, UPS and CNE Express. Normally, we can send your package in your hands in 5 – 7 working days for almost all the major destinations in the world.
Air Mail shipping
The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 12 - 20 working days. The longer delivery time is necessary in order to save your shipping fees (Free shipping for package less than 1.5KG). Please be aware that the order tracking may not always be available with this option.
Before shipping your order, carsdiagnostictool.com will take some time to prepare your package, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package items. The duration of preparing your items for shipping and the delivery time is the total time to receive your order.

Where we ship to?
Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. But if you don't inform us the address to which we ship. We will ship your order to your PayPal address.
However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the delivery destination. For example, EMS can reach Russia, but others shipping methods likes DHL and UPS cannot reach. Also, the package can’t be sent to a few countries with DHL or UPS. So, if you are not sure which shipping method you choose, please contact our customer service to give you some useful suggestions
How many days you can get your product?
Firstly, the delivery time depends on the shipping method that you have chosen.
Express shipping

Besides the delivery time mainly depending on the shipping option, the following points are also important factors that will influence the delivery time.
Your destination: the shipping time to different countries varies according to your location.
The package weight: the package over 21kg will arrive to you one or two days later than the smaller package less than 21kg.
Our courier processing time: our available couriers are optional, and their processing time is also different one from the others. And for several countries, only part of our shipment is available, For example, for items to Russia, only EMS is available. And for Singapore Post to USA, it only costs 8 working days not 12-15 working days.
Our items stock status: as usual, we will ship out your package in two days after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will try our best to send the package to you as soon as possible.
The harsh weather condition and festival holiday: sometimes the package shipping time will be influenced by the harsh weather condition and festival holiday.
What should you do when you receive the item?
We guarantee that the item will be delivery to you successfully and safely. After you received it, the shipping company will require you to confirm the package by signing.

How to change the shipping methods?
If you want change shipping methods, please directly contact our online service to chat in detail. If our customer service is offline after you place an order, please leave an order comment to tell what shipping method you need and how much you want to write on the invoice. Once our customer service get your message, we will check with you and if needed you may add shipping cost for express, but we will let you know.
How about combine shipping?
If you ordered one item someday and another one within 2 days, and you want to combine the two items into one shipment, you can contact our customer service about available shipping options.
How about the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is free is our store, only when the shipping address is in DHL remoter area, the shipping company need extra USD 28 for shipping costs.
If the item damaged, stolen, we will contact the corresponding shipping company for a refund or redelivery.
Customs Clearance, Import Duty
What is customs?
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first.
Who will be responsible for my import duty?
Import duty is what your country customs will charge you when your package passes through your country customs. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. So dear customer, your package import duty will be responsible by importer yourself, we are not responsible for the import duty. Because we have no idea about your importing country's tariff policy and cannot confirm the customs cost.
carsdiagnostictool.com doesn't add the import duty in our product price or our shipping cost.
How much I will be charged for the import duty?
The amount of customs is different from one country to the other country according to your country tariff policy.
Please note: Our shipping options include Regular Mail and Express Service. So the amount of customs will be different.
For package shipped by Singapore Post (please refer to our Shipment Policy), we usually declare invoice value as 10usd and mark it as gift. Usually, we do like this, your package will not be charged for a high import duty by the customs, but it depends on your country tariff policy) For package shipped by Express Service, such as DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT. The amount of import duty will be charged differently because of the difference of your importing country’s tariff policy. DHL upgraded policy about declared value:
1. According to the regulation of DHL, the customs declared value should be not less than 80USD, otherwise DHL company will not delivery the package, or some documents will be provided to DHL, which will bring us much inconvenience, therefore, we have to declare the value up to 80USD. Please you get this note. In order to resist the too-low declared value; the Customs regulate some customs clearance policy. If your package declared value is too low, you will be fined or your package will be returned to us. At the same time you as package receiver will be blacklisted in the Customs and DHL.
2. If you sign for the package with your personal name, we will be required by DHL Company to provide the trade documents between us.
UPS and EMS: so far, UPS and EMS haven’t upgraded their customs clearance policy as DHL Company required.
Our suggestion: we provide a regular mail (Singapore Post), if you can’t wait for your package, we recommend you Singapore Post, the delivery time of Singapore Post is usually 7-18 days, but will charge less import value.
What will we do to reduce your import tax?
If you have specific requirement on the declare value of the invoice that we will give to DHL when ship your package, please leave message on our website or mail to carsdiagnostictool@gmail.com. We will do as you required.
If you have no instruction about the invoice declare value, usually we will declare the item value range from 20USD-200USD which depends on the package weight and package volume.
What will we do if your package encounters customs clearance issues?
When you encounter customs clearance issues, we will supply you the shipping invoice which you have to supply to customs. At the same time, we also will contact China DHL to help you deal with such situation.
If you are from Ecuador, please notice:
According to the new Ecuador customs clearance regulations, the following contents must be included in the commercial invoice that we provide to DHL Company:
1. Shipper LOGO printed at the top left corner
2. Signature, seal of Company/Firm
3. Invoice number, correct number of f items, shipping date
4. Full receiver contact information: address, contact name, phone number
5. Country of origin, product brand name, the full description of goods (name, function, ingredients)
6. Item number
In order to successfully clear your package, please leave us your contact information: address, contact name, phone number when you ordered in our website. Otherwise your package may will be detained for up 8 days, so be fined 130usd per package. Thanks for your understanding.

1. When you check out by PayPal, occasionally it shows an error on the last step. If it happened, it could be caused by web server or PayPal itself, please refresh the webpage and try to check out again, or you are free to contact with our customer service for help.
2. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can check out by T/T or Western Union we are available as the above show you.
3. If the item you placed is more than 150 USD, after you finish check out, please leave us your telephone number for delivery contact and please confirm your shipping address.
Remark: If the total sum is more than 2000 USD, we accept Western Union & telegraphic transfer payment. Please sent message to Admin on the website or by email and we will give the invoice to you.
Tips to reduce your bank transfer fee and paperwork
If you plan to use bank transfer (T/T) often to check out, we recommend you to create a repetitive bank transfer recipient list with your bank and put us in the list. By using the repetitive bank transfer service, you can cut down the fee by up to 80% and take just 2-3 minutes to finish the transfer with a phone call or online anywhere in the world. Without the repetitive bank transfer service, you will need to go to your local bank, manually fill bank transfer form and pay higher fee every time.
Return Policy
In which situation we accept the return
We promise to obey the return policy when the item has the problem bellow, but you must sent back the item after we knowing your problem and what you want us to do.
Firstly, the product have quality problem. It cannot work once you receive it or it encounter crash in delivery causing you cannot use it. This situation we will return full refund.
Secondly, in some particular situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 10% handling fee.
Thirdly, you order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for a right product; this exchange policy is also for you. But you need pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
Fourthly, if we miss-shipped the items, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you choose this, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee, but you must make sure to send it back through ordinary airmail.
In which situation we do not accept the return
Please check detail before you purchase on carsdiagnostictool.com. If you have any doubt, please check with our customer service, you can get our customers service information from our website.
Firstly, If you order wrong item by yourself, or you found it is not you want to order (not quality problem), we will not provide return policy to you, please aware of this.
Secondly, if the item is damaged by yourself, we cannot provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.
Return for exchange item
When exchange for free: If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it for free for you and undertake the shipping cost for you ship item back to us through simple airmail.
Mis-ordered products: If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for you want, then just contact our customer service for help, if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you. Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we cannot provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.

Notice for shipping options:
When you confirm to return the items to us, please use ordinary airmail or EMS to return it, and write ship to the address our customer service provides. Please do not use DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT or any other courier, because we cannot get your return item, we will not responsible for that.
