However, if you are still unsatisfied with the item, you can request a return, repair or replacement under our Return Policy.

Generally we advise returning the package through ordinary postal services in order to get a Customs Form for international packages. If you use a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, we cannot cover the shipping fees or the Customs fee that might be applied.
If you did not buy your product directly from carsdiagnostictool.com, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you.
